How we run every job, big or small.

Good outcomes come from planning and clear communication. These are the commitments behind the work.

Clear communication

You'll know who to call, what's happening this week and what decisions are coming up. Questions get straight answers.

Planning before building

Scope, selections, permits and sequencing are worked out on paper first. That's where surprises and delays are prevented.

Attention to detail

Straight lines, clean transitions, tidy corners. The small things are what you notice every day after we leave.

Written, transparent scope

A proposal that spells out what's included and what isn't, so you can compare quotes properly and there's no confusion later.

Respect for your home

Floor protection, dust control and a site that's left tidy at the end of the day, especially when you're living through the work.

A clear path from first call to final walkthrough

Every project follows the same five stages, so you always know what's happening now and what comes next.
  1. 01

    Initial Consultation

A conversation about your goals, the space, your timeline and a realistic budget range. If it's a fit, we arrange a site visit.

  2. 02

    Project Assessment

We look at the space in person (existing conditions, structure, mechanical and anything that affects scope) and take the measurements we need.

  3. 03

    Proposal & Planning

You receive a written proposal with scope, exclusions, schedule and pricing. Selections, permits and trade sequencing are settled before work starts.

  4. 04

    Construction

Work proceeds to the agreed plan, with a protected, tidy site and regular updates. Any change to scope or cost is discussed and approved before it happens.

  5. 05

    Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished project with you, address any items on the list, and hand over the information you need for the space.

Questions

Questions homeowners ask us

Don't see your question? Ask us directly.

Do you take on small repair jobs?

Yes. Alongside renovations we handle handyman work such as drywall patches, door and trim fixes, shelving and fixture installation and to-do lists. Use the short handyman form to send the details.

What kinds of renovations do you do?

Our specialty is interior work: complete interior renovations, basement developments, kitchens and bathrooms, along with drywall, framing, flooring and general construction.

Which areas do you serve?

Calgary is our primary service area. We also consider projects in surrounding communities, and larger projects further from the city are reviewed case by case.

Do you do electrical, plumbing or gas work?

Work that legally requires a certified electrician, plumber or gas fitter is done by appropriately licensed trades, coordinated as part of your project.

Will my renovation need a permit?

In Calgary, permits are generally needed for basement developments and structural changes such as moving or removing walls, while cosmetic updates usually aren't. We'll identify what your project likely needs during the assessment.

How do I get a quote?

Use the request form: choose renovation or handyman, describe the work and add photos if you can. We'll follow up to confirm details and next steps.
